SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION & INSTALLATION
Knowledgeable and certified experts are available for implementation of most Autodesk software purchased through Print-O-Stat. Implementation customarily requires time for assessment, installation of required software, migration of existing files, training of users and/or administrators of the software and a follow-up visit after the system is installed. Considering the extent of the work involved, each implementation may require a different time table to complete. Partnering together with your designated representative, an implementation plan along with a time line is determined during the assessment process.

We are available to install any Autodesk software purchased from Print-O-Stat.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Extremely talented technical experts with industry experience are available to provide assistance to customers on all aspects of software support. Our goal with support is to enable you to keep your systems and production moving forward. Although not a replacement for professional training, we are available to answer your questions in a timely manner.

Technical support offered by Print-O-Stat includes help regarding technical problems within the application of currently-supported products related to the development of the program. If it is determined that customer needs are better met with training or additional service offerings in a specific area, your support technician will make recommendations based on your needs or areas of difficulty. Instances where training or additional services may be recommended include, but are not limited to: understanding features, functionality and/or broader concepts. Print-O-Stat technical support does not include on-site support, product implementations, installations and network deployments, as these services require a significant investment of time and expertise.
